Here are some foods that can help to prevent prostate cancer
Green Tea – Green tea contains catechins and other important substances that are believed to help in preventing many disorders and certain cancers.
Veggies – Cruciferous vegetables like broccoli, cauliflower, etc. are known to contain phytochemicals that may selectively target cancer cells and prevent further damage.
Tomatoes contain lycopene that possibly helps to fight cancer. They should be preferably eaten in cooked or pureed form.
